Take a “spooktacular” hayride and then listen closely as storytellers bring ghosts and goblins to life around a campfire. We went on this hayride years ago when my oldest was small and we’re still telling the story of the baby from the Pied Piper Nursery who stole candy from the bowl. The hayride is lots of fun and the stories are truly for all ages, even the little ones. The hayrides are very popular and sell out fast, so call on Sept. 15 to make your reservations.

Hello, my mom, sister and I are coming up to Cartersville the weekend of Oct. 26. Do you still have tickets left for your Haunted Hay Rides on the 27? We would need three adult tickets. If so, how do I get them, and pay for them? I live near Ocala, FL
Cheryl, I do not take the reservations, you’ll need to contact the Georgia State Parks. You can use the links within this post to find the right person. Have fun! Call sooner rather than later, they routinely sell out.
