I like to say the being a mom is like being a cat with nine lives. The problem is you have to live all nine of them at the same time.
The writers of Motherhood, The Musical, must have had a hard time paring down the craziness of family life into a concise production. The description of the show sounds pretty spot on though…
Motherhood the Musical ® is the joyous journey and loving look at the blessings and perils of being a mom. It’s climbing the emotional mountain only to find that there’s laundry at the top. It’s discovering how powerful your love can be and how quickly your children grow up. It’s helping them find their way and not losing yours. It’s about laughing and crying, craziness and calm, smiles and tears…and all before breakfast. It will remind you that it’s not just about Motherhood … it’s about you.
It’s about me huh? Well, that part might be a bit off, otherwise I’d have my own bathroom that no male is allowed to enter.
If you’d like to win two tickets to see the production, enter here. We’ll pick a winner on Monday.

I hope I win.
Oh, disregard that last comment, I didn’t realize I was supposed to do my “funniest motherhood moment.” Hmm. Anytime my kids wear my/my husband’s clothes, that’s pretty funny.
I think my funniest motherhood moments change every day! Just yesterday my 6 year old son was complaining about being bored so I offered him some chalk to draw outside. He looks at me and says, “I don’t want that but I’d like some choc-o-late.”
Last summer after a sleepless night, I took my boys to the pool and I didn’t realize until very late that I was wearing my swimsuit the opposite side!
My funniest motherhood moment was when my daughter pulled up my blouse while Imwas talking tomamfriend at Walmart. Lol!
One of my many funny moments is when my kids decided to pee outside in the yard….and I have girls!
My funniest has been the crazy things I did while sleep deprivied.
I think the time that my daughter went to the movies for the first time and insisted on watching the whole thing in her diaper might be at the top of the list but there are so many with my girls.
I’m trying to win these tickets for my friend who is expecting, but my funniest mom moments were when i went off to college. i made it a tradition to call my mom and tell her all of my “firsts”. the first time i made one of her recipes, but the funniest is when we had a streaker run through campus, and i drove past him not knowing what was going on. i called her and told her i just saw my first streaker
I love all these comments. I tried to think about my funniest moment – perhaps my most recent was having my son out at the school bus an hour early (no it wasn’t even daylight savings time).

One of the funniest games me and my daughters like to do is go around and talking in a weird language taht no one understand! We have tons of fun…
