I CANNOT WAIT to see this show! This has been a favorite story for all my boys. In fact, I once had a Disney World schedule derailed by Peter himself. I don’t do Disney without a strict plan. There is no room for error or dilly dallying in my Disney plan. For a relaxing family vacation, go to the beach, Disney is all about timing, there is no relaxing:) So when I casually mentioned, “oh look, there’s Peter Pan,” I had no idea it would take us off on an un-planned, un-scheduled chase to find him (FYI – He’s generally near the Pirates of the Caribbean ride)
Peter Pan The Show, is NOT a Disney remake, it’s the JM Barrie stage production, perfect for my guys who are a little bit past the animated version. In addition to being an urber cool venue – the show will be in a 360-degree CGI theater, erected in Pemberton Place between The World of Coca-Cola and The Georgia Aquarium, the performance is in-the-round and includes music, puppets, and of course flying.
For the best deal on tickets, go to an early show. Special preview pricing is available for the Jan. 22 – 27 shows – tickets are $50 (then go up to $75). I’ll bet there are lots of folks who would like to win tickets too! Here’s how you could win 4 tickets to the Jan. 25, 2011, 7:30 pm performance. Each item is a new entry.

I love the part in Peter Pan where Tinkerbell arrives and flies them to Neverland.
My favorite memory of Peter Pan is the first time i saw the Cathy Rigby movie and thought, “holy cow!!! she’s really flying.”

My favorite Peter Pan movie is actually Hook. My brother and I watched it over and over when we were kids.
Peter Pan was one of the first movies I ever saw as a child.
The Disney Movie is the only Peter Pan I’ve ever seen. Guess I should get the book for my 3 year old since we don’t have that one! It would be great to take him to the show.
I loved the food fight in the movie with Robin Williams! So fun
My fav Peter Pan moment is when all 3 of my daughters dresses as Tink and did a “show” for us. I saw the making of the production on pbs and it look fabulous.
Wow Sue, I would love to take my son! He has been a Peter Pan fan since he was 9 months old. I can’t tell you how many hours and hours and hours we have spent playing Peter Pan. I would love to be able to take him to this show!!
My favorite part is when Peter Pan rescues the kids from the pirates before they have to walk the plank. I would love to take my son to see it. Thank you!
I loved watching the Peter Pan movie with my eldest daughter…I haven’t had a chance to watch it with my little one yet!
It was 6 years ago my husband bought the dvd and that was the first time I actually seen Peter Pan and after seeing Tinkerbell, It truely inspired me to decorate my daughters room. Love it!

My kids just dressed up as characters from the book/movie for Halloween. My six year-old daughter was Tinkerbell, my 3 year-old son was Captain Hook and my two year-old son was an adorable Peter Pan!
My kids LOVE Peter Pan! My son was Peter Pan and my daughter was Tinkerbell for Halloween. They still wear their costumes to play dress up!
My kids would love to visit Neverland,
Can’t wait to see this show. I have always love this story.

I have a Peter Pan of my own who is only 8 years old. She has been asking to be a baby again since she went into pre-k and still would love to be in my 2 year old class (I’m a pre-school teacher).
I tweeted, facebooked, commented and shared your site with 2 friends. Pick me!!
I watched the movie as a little girl and loved it!!! Tinkerbell is too cute.
Oh, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Peter Pan. I have an original of the book that my Peter Pan loving mother-in-law had and I inherited. I also have a picture book that was copyrighted the year I was born (a long, long, time ago). I even hand made a Peter Pan costume for my younger son… true love from a mommy who does not normally sew!
My son loves the book. We read it almost everynight.
Wow! It sounds great! Tinkerbell is my favorite! I would love to win and take the kids.
please let……me win!
Peter pan is great…. would love to win!
To be young forever….
remember being terrified on the Disney Peter Pan ride when I was little! this looks cool, though
We love Peter Pan. Last year we all dressed up for Halloween as Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, Wendy and Capt. Hook. It was so much fun!
My daughters are the perfect ages to appreciate Peter Pan: twin 8 year olds and a 10 year old
I remember holding the coffee table version of Peter Pan in one hand and my daughter in the other. It was very interesting reading and bouncing. We quite enjoyed the story and the beautiful pictures. We are hoping to be able to see the performance.
My grandkids and I love Peter Pan, and Tinkerbell. My grand-daughter loves everything that’s Tinkerbell and fairy related.
Oh, I would love to see the making of the production. I wonder if that’s on Youtube as well.
I subscribe to your emails. Thanks!!!
I remember the first time I watched Peter Pan with my oldest son, he was young and afraid of Capt Hook….now he acts tough and says he was never afraid.
My son Henry is currently obsessed with Peter Pan. Each night he goes to bed with his Little Golden book edition of “Peter Pan”, and he puts his Peter Pan sword from the Disney Store under his pillow “just in case”. This should would be perfect to take him too!! Thanks for filling us in on the details!
I’d love to win the tickets, and am a fan on Facebook. My favorite memory as a child was thinking I could really become Peter Pan when I grew up. I’d dream of flying in the night sky, and fighting off pirates and alligators. Sometimes, I’d think if I slept “good enough”, Peter Pan himself would come and take me on a flight. The joy of Peter Pan is the reveling of childlike innocence, something all us adults could use more of in our lives.
So, it would be cool to see it here in Atlanta. To remember what that was like…

My family LOVES, LOVES Peter Pan. We do Disney every year with a plan too. I have a boy and a girl, and Peter Pan is the only movie they can still agree on watching. One of my favorite memories was when my son as 6, he met Wendy for the first time. He wanted to have his picture made with her, but was too embarassed to admit it.
My favorite version of Peter Pan was the Disney Version when he took Wendy and her brothers to Neverland to meet the Lost Boys and I like Hooked the version where Peter Pan grew up and had to go back to Neverland to save his kids from Hook.
Peter Pan has been my twin daughters’ favorite since they were tiny. They would be so thrilled to win!
Peter Pan’s Flight was one of the kids’ favorite rides when we visited Disney — one of mine, too
Forgot to mention my twins will turn 6 on 3/21. What a great present this would be for them!

When I was 2 years old we went to see Peter Pan in the theater (yes I’m old!). I wouldn’t be quiet so my father had to take me out so my mother and my sister could watch it. I guess that is why when I was little I could only remember the first part of the movie!
I actually like the movie about the author who wrote Peter Pan. It makes the book and the movie much more entertaining when you know the back story.
We have watched and watched, and watched the movie over and over. Our kids LOVED Peter Pan.
Peter: Why do you have to spoil everything? We have fun, don’t we? I taught you to fly and to fight. What more could there be?
Wendy: There is so much more.
Peter: What? What else is there?
Wendy: I don’t know. I guess it becomes clearer when you grow up.
Peter: Well, I will not grow up. You cannot make me!
Sue, thanks for sharing and very growing up!
Robin Williams was my fave. I’m dying to see this big production.
My son loves the Broadway stage version! We’ve watched it countless times on NetFlix. Also, I got the opportunity to meet Cathy Rigby when she was playing Peter Pan.
What a great opportunity to see a great show!
A snow day like today is perfect for watching Peter Pan and drinking hot chocolate: Movie day it is!
My daughter LOVES Peter Pan! Her favorite versions are the original book by J M Barrie and the 2003 movie. I called into a radio station to win tickets, but they hung up on me and gave the tickets to someone else. She would love more than anything to see this show, but my wife and I just can’t afford to buy tickets.
My daughter loves all the Peter pan and Tinkerbell movies. Her favorite is Return to Neverland.
The Disney classic is my favorite Peter Pan story! Love the “ticking” crocodile

My favorite version is actually Hook. Brought back some great memories.
Would love to take my granddaughter!
I loved the Peter Pan story when I was a little girl. I used to wish Tinkerbell would come visit me in my room! Now my daughter loves the story too and I’d love to see the show with her.
Having Wendy for a name, I’ve always had a connection to Peter Pan!! Now I have a 4year old girl we love all things from Peter Pan to Tinker Bell. We would love to win tickets to what looks like a great show!!
My oldest daughter, Ariel, just told me that her favorite part is when Peter Pan saves Tinkerbell. Our favorite movie is still the original, Peter Pan. I only buy movies that I see as classics: The Wizard of Oz, Lady and the Tramp, Nemo, etc. Other movies can be rented. We have both Hook and Peter Pan in our dvd library.
We love Peter Pan-we love Hook!!!! My family would love to go see this play!!!! I follow on facebook!!
Jennifer Folker, you are the winner of the Peter Pan tickets. Congratulations!
Thank you so much for the Peter Pan tickets! My husband was laid off for 4 months last year, and money has been tight. Because of this, we haven’t gone out and done anything as a family in a long time. Being able to spend time with our children, taking them to this terrific show, is going to be such a wonderful experience. My kids are really excited to see Peter Pan, and so am I! Truly, thank you so much!
Jennifer, Thank you so much for your comment. I’m so glad you received the tickets. My husband has been out of work before too and it stinks. Glad you are able to get a fun night out. 2011 is going to be great! Let us know what you think of the show.
