Holiday Mixer a Huge Success

The first Field Trips with Sue and Atlanta on the Cheap Holiday Mixer at Pizzeria Venti was a huge success. Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a fun evening. It was a chance to see old friends and meet some new ones, like Katie and Park Cofield pictured here (I love the clown noses). In some cases, it was an opportunity to put a real face with the online one. Field Trips with Sue and Atlanta on the Cheap have some wonderful fans and it was a pleasure to hang out with everyone. If you missed it, take a look at the photos on Facebook.

Thank you to Jaime and Bryan Lackey the owners of Pizzeria Venti for allowing us to use their restaurant. If you haven’t been to Pizzeria Venti, go. On Sat., Dec. 5 they are offering FREE pizza for the restaurant’s first anniversary. Pick up an apple walnut salad with your free slice, it was FABULOUS! If you can’t go this weekend, Wednesday night get a huge pizza, four drinks and salad for $20! What a deal.

Thanks also goes out to those that provided prizes and items for our goody bags, Simon Malls, Museum of Patriotism, Braves Museum and Hall of Fame, Georgia Ballet, Sensations TheraFun, Theatrical Outfit, Feld Entertainment, Vikki with Thomas & Silva Salon, Centennial Olympic Park and CBS Atlanta.
