If you’re a Gone with the Wind fan, you proabably already know that it is the 70th anniversary of the movie opening. The Road to Tara Museum in Jonesboro, GA is celebrating by offering free admission on Friday and Saturday from 10 – 6 pm. There are special guests throughout the celebration including Herb Bridges, who owns the largest collection of Gone with the Wind memorabilia. Local storyteller and author Peter Bonner gives discounted GWTW bus tours. If you don’t want to miss a day of shopping, pick up something in the gift shop at 20% off during the festivities.
