Free Tours of the Governor’s Mansion

Thanks to Lynne Clark for the heads up on the Governor’s Mansion tour. I’ve known about the regular tours, but according to Lynne, Christmas is extra special. The mansion is decorated for both Hanukkah and Christmas and generally follows a theme such as 12 Days of Christmas and the Civil War. There is plenty of parking on the mansion grounds, so you don’t need to worry about paying lots.

Tours are available from Dec. 7 – Dec. 18 on Monday through Friday from 9:30 – 12:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 1 – 4 pm.
