Santa Arrives at the Malls this Weekend

Now that Halloween is over, it’s time to start thinking about the holidays and that means Santa Claus is arriving at local area malls. Here’s a round up of where the jolly man in red will be starting this weekend.

Town Center at Cobb
Santa Arrives: Nov. 6 A special celebration takes place from 6 – 8 pm. St. Nick arrives escorted by live reindeer and police cars at 7 pm. During the event there will be lots of kids activities. Everyone visiting with Santa that evening from 7 – 9 pm will receive reindeer antlers and a jingle bell necklace. Plus they’ll have other giveaways too. Of course this is all while supplies last.

Discover Mills
Santa Arrives: Nov. 7 near AMC Theatres in the mall courtyard.

Lenox Square Mall
Santa Arrives: Nov. 7. He will be available daily in the Macy’s Court, mall level. The Pink Pig will ride again starting on Nov. 7 as well. Rides are $3 for one ride; $5.50 for two rides and $7.50 for three rides.

Mall of Georgia
Santa Arrives: Nov. 7 from 3 – 6 pm. Santa arrives as part of an all-day Santabration event in the Village Pavilion beginning at 3 pm. Santa’s holiday home for daily photos is the lower level Norstrom Wing.

Gwinnett Place Mall
Santa Arrives: Nov. 13 at 12 pm. Santa’s Winter Wonderland is located at the Mall’s Center Court.

Northlake Mall
Santa Arrives: Nov. 21 at 12 pm. Welcome Santa to his workshop on the lower level of Northlake Mall’s Center Court with the help of the Lakeside High School Marching Band.

Phipps Plaza
You can see Santa here from a far. Phipps Plaza is the only mall that takes reservations for your visit. If you haven’t made your reservations yet, don’t bother, they are already sold out. Hmmm, could be this year’s Tickle Me Elmo. How much do you think a time slot for the Phipps Santa will go for on Craig’s List or Ebay?
